COVID-19 Updated Procedures

iMobile Rx is still open! We value our health and the health of our clients. Effective immediately, we  will be performing all repairs in the car rather than in your home, office or favorite coffee shop. We will ask that you set your phone on the porch, and text us the code to unlock your device, or remove the pass code. We will pick it up off your porch, and perform the repair in the car in front of your house. We have a phone sanitizer in the car and will sanitize your phone prior to and after the repair. This will add 10 minutes to the repair time but we believe it’s worth it. To return your phone we will set he sanitizer on your porch and open the lid. You can then remove your phone knowing that it has been sanitized and is germ free. While we are performing the repair we will send you an invoice that you can pay on line via our secure processor. 

We guarantee to take all feasible precautions. Furthermore, we make a commitment to you that if we will not work if we are feeling any symptoms of any illness. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
